Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both artist and client, please review the following policies before booking your tattoo appointment. BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY * A non-refundable €50 deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit goes toward your final total on the day of your session. * Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. * You may reschedule your appointment once, as long as you provide at least 12 hours’ notice. * Additional reschedules or last-minute changes may require a new deposit. * If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. * The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment, payable by cash. CLIENT EXPECTATIONS & STUDIO ETIQUETTE To maintain a comfortable, professional, and safe tattoo environment, please keep the following in mind: * Arrive on time and well-rested. Please eat beforehand and stay hydrated to make your experience as comfortable as possible. * Do not come under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you arrive impaired, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. * Do not apply numbing creams or anaesthetics. Unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of your session without refund. * If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. * Respect the studio and process. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of your session without refund. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
